Was bedeutet es für dich, dein einziges Ich in Liebe zu pflegen?

Meine Mission

Meine Mission ist es, Frauen ab 50 zu ermutigen, ihre Gesundheit selbst in die Hand zu nehmen, um voller Vitalität, Klarheit und Stärke zu altern – und ihr inneres Leuchten nach außen in ein strahlendes, erfülltes Leben zu bringen.

Ich möchte ein Bewusstsein dafür schaffen, dass Prävention nicht nur ein Muss, sondern eine wertvolle Chance ist, das Leben in all seinen Facetten zu genießen und selbstbestimmt zu leben – jetzt und in den kommenden Jahren.

Demenz und Osteoporose ist gesellschaftlich unsichtbar, obwohl es so unfassbar viele Frauen betrifft.
Warum?

Mein Ziel ist es, diese Themen sichtbar zu machen und so viele Frauen wie möglich dabei zu unterstützen, bestmöglich vorzusorgen.

Vorsorge bedeutet, die Zeit zu nutzen, bevor die Sorge beginnt.

Nicht nur weil ich Baujahr ’67 bin, sondern auch, weil ich weiß was beruflicher Stress bedeutet. Inklusive Ausbildung habe ich 35 Jahre Lebenserfahrung im beruflichen Umfeld von Unternehmen, und habe parallel meine Eltern betreut — daher kann ich gut nachempfinden, wie du dich (vielleicht) fühlst.

35 years of experience in companies & more…

Of these 35 years, I worked for international corporations for 30 years, from 1991 to 2021. Most of the time in sales. At the beginning I worked in the office and later looked after international customers. Düsseldorf airport was my home port. An exciting time with all the ups and downs you can imagine.

That's why I can understand double burdens:
In the 2000s, I also drove from the office to the office after work and told my ex -Supported partners in real estate matters until late in the evening. At the same time, I drove 450 km over the weekend to visit my parents, who were both seriously ill. Unfortunately, my parents died far too early.

After professional changes in 2011 - 2012, I was happy to be able to take on new, exciting tasks again at the beginning of 2013 with a renowned company.
But, there were also phases of bullying (then luckily the person was fired) and people with personnel responsibility who, let's say, weren't really suitable for it.

In 2019, my closest colleague died tragically, suddenly and far too early from heart problems. At the same time, I was on sick leave myself because I was “on the verge of burnout”. He always said “Hey lady!…” to me. So you can say that the stress level was very high. In particular, the death of my colleague was the beginning of rethinking and being more careful with my own health.
In 2021, I left the world of corporations and began my multi-year Qigong training. Through this training it became much clearer to me that the emotional and mental influence on health is an important key to holistic well-being.

Essential Nutrients Consultant since 2007

From 2000 onwards, my parents' illnesses made me ask more and more about WHY. I entered the world of vital substances. In addition to essential nutrients, detoxifying excess medication in my parents' bodies was also an important point. At the time, the doctors wondered why the blood values, especially in my mother's case, were still “so good”.
But they didn't want to know anything about natural methods...

For many years I practically did self-study, but I didn't knowing how much in-depth specialist knowledge I have actually acquired. The people around me motivated me to do training to reinforce my existing knowledge.
In 2007 I did my first training as a vital substance therapist and my knowledge was far beyond that of the other participants (according to the head of the Kinon Academy, Ulla Kinon). However, since I am not a doctor or alternative practitioner, I can only call myself a consultant in Germany.
I have been taking nutrients continuously since 2000 and have helped many people in my personal environment. This is due to the full-time situation, but not spread to the outside world.
Fortunately, that has changed.

Qigong-Trainer & Qi-Therapeutin

Already in 2019 the decision was made to start a very special Qigong training in 2020; officially China's healing-promoting Qigong form #1 and recognized science in China.
Then unfortunately Covid intervened, so the start was postponed to May 2021. This training was a fascinating, almost three-year journey to rethink the path to holistic health in new perspectives and unimagined possibilities. I have seen health improvements and healing that I never thought possible before.
I am grateful to life for allowing me to follow this path.
